hey , it's me , updated the game abit

1. added shops (10 points to buy items)
2. added items , they'll help you with your run
3. esc button to pause
4. changes to some art
5. time thing to let you know the time
6. some smol fixes here and there

also you can now press stuff to restart , play and things like that.
